In Chinese medicine, our physical body and all of its internal organs, actually our “life” itself are regulated by some form of subtle energy– “Qi” (pronounced “chee”). For nutrition services, we use Nutrition Response Testing (NRT) that is quite different from any existing nutrition programs. This no-nonsense program is designed to identify the deepest root cause of any illnesses and to investigate the most pertinent nutritional protocols to address specific causes.
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach to relieve pain and dysfunction buried deep inside the body. Using a very soft touch, practitioners release restrictions in the soft tissues that surround the central nervous system (the brain and spinal cord).
